After we
encountered the Terras Terrors, we had to leave quickly for some reason. They
had a big ship with a big cannon, and I was expecting a great chase, with lots
of excitement, and shooting, and yelling, but we left them behind, very fast. Sira
shot at their ship once, and I shot at the flagwaver, but that was all.
I felt sort of sorry for the terrors, they went to all this trouble with the soldiers and the cannon and everything else, and they could not even try it out. Maybe the captain felt it too, because we sailed around the island, and came back to the port. Their ship wasn’t there tough, just a bunch of uninteresting watchtowers, so we left again.
Krastus must have been very sad, that we could not save the father of his girlfriend, but he bravely concealed his feelings for the sake of the ship.

We started
to make our way towards some place called Brigandy Bay, which is quite a stupid
name to give your city if you are a brigand. I mean, if you are some sort of
outlaw, you usually don’t want others to know about it, so when you found a
city you should pick a name like “Very Law Abiding City” or “Respectful Trader
Town For People Who Aren’t Smugglers At All” Maybe we should mention these to
the mayor when we arrive, I bet we would get a great reward.
The journey was quite boring at first, but I managed to amuse myself by shooting imaginary seagulls. Some people complained about the noise, so I had to use an imaginary gun instead of Grandpa, but we all have to make our sacrifices for life at sea.

Thankfully we
found something really interesting hallway towards the bay. It was some tower
that sprouted from the water. I first thought, that someone managed to build
stuff on the water, and I was really impressed, but then it turned out, that it
was just a sunken city.
That was still interesting though, so we set out exploring, with Krastus protecting us from getting wet. I was expecting to find some amazing things, like a monkey statue for the ship, or a ukulele that plays itself, but we only found some gold and jewels which was disappointing.
At least Sira got a pretty necklace, which the captain wanted to tear to pieces for some reason. We managed to talk him out of it tough. After all, it would have been pretty stupid for everyone to get a small piece of that necklace. That’s not how they work.
The second day at the ruins we found a crypt that we opened even tough that can be dangerous. I heard that often there is someone’s angry mummy inside, which is weird. I mean my mum could be a little hard to deal with sometimes, but I never thought of locking her in a crypt.
Anyway, things must be different on Caribdus, because the inhabitant of this crypt was a guy and also a zombie, which is a much more legitimate reason for being locked in a crypt. He was still quite angry tough, so we had to fight him.
I shot him with Grandpa, but got into trouble afterwards. Thankfully Cortes saved me, but he got beaten up in the process. We managed to beat the zombieman with the glowing sword just in time, because other zombies were starting to arise too. Maybe they wanted to complain about all the noise. Heléne healed our wounds, and we were ready to do some more exploring, when we found out that our ship had been taken.

We went up,
and saw that there were some monster people aboard. Our crew escaped, so it was
up to us to take back the ship. I climbed up on the rigging, and tried to
convince them to leave, but they were too busy trying to eat me to listen.
Maybe they were originally coming to visit their zombie friend, and were mad
because we killed him.
Anyway, when the others climbed aboard too we were able to kill the tentacle monsters. I discovered, that my coat might be magical, as it was really good at fighting. Now it was Sira, who got into trouble, but Cortes was there for her too, and he got beaten up instead. Our captain is a really good guy, but he should wear more protection in the future. After that, Krastus finally killed the tentacle-wizard, and we were safe.

After the battle
everyone was a bit banged up, and we had to leave the city, without even
finding a monkey statue for our ship. Heléne treated our wounds, and I
volunteered to sail the ship until the captain gets better. Sailing is a lot
like gambling, so there was no problem at all, but it was even more boring than
the journey before. Now I had to pay attention to things like the wind and the
destination and the map. The only good part was, when we got to see a great big
shark.
Now that we arrived at Brigandy Bay we can finally leave the ship and amuse ourselves in the harbor until Cortes gets better, so I won’t have to sail the ship anymore. Maybe we could find a lucky charm for him that helps against getting beaten up.
