During the night our camp was attacked. We had left Carlton on first watch and he spotted some attackers. Giant snakes... strange creatures like out of mythology on earth. And then strange attackers with bodies mixed human with animal.
There was some mind control happening, making Krastus speak to us of surrender. Yet we are unlikely to surrender, and the attackers soon learned we meant business and we killed many as they fled.
I don't think this will lead us out of the jungle, but we must set course in a direction and follow it now to lead us out. Maybe we can return to that strange town and find out what is going on.
