Carlton Grey and the Climb to the Ghost Island Volcano

Leaving the zombie-ship behind, we arrived at the ghost-lady-island after a day of sailing. It was a weird looking place, with some giant dead volcano, and a lot of steep hill paths. I tried to convince the others to take the scenic route where we wouldn’t have had to climb, but the captain thought that it might be a trap.

We started climbing one of the slopes, and it was quite fun. There were a lot of nice jungle plants, fresh air and we even met monkeys. What else could you want on an island?
The problems started, when someone attacked us again. He seemed to have some sort of military uniform on, and threw bombs at us. Thankfully no one was hurt, but he disappeared before we could ask why he did it. Maybe he was jealous of our non-tattered coats. It’s a good thing I lost my magical coat, he might have been even more jealous if he saw that.
Anyway, we evaded a few more traps, and arrived at the top of the dead volcano. There was some sort of village down in the caldera, but before we could start to move towards it, I saw something much more interesting.

It was some sort of cat-monkey creature, but it ran away after I tried to greet it. Maybe it was shy. We tried to follow it through the jungle, but got lost instead. Still there is no reason to worry, we might see something even more interesting in the jungle. I am keeping my fingers crossed for dragon.
