Carlton Grey and the Terrible Twin Creator

After we finished our business at the prison-town we took to sea again. We were going to retry getting the dad of Krastuses girlfriend out of the strange terror-island, but we got a bit sidetracked by another underwater building. There are really a lot of these around as it seems.

I was excited about this, and hoped to see another dragon, but instead we found some sort of twin-creating statue. It wanted someone to do its magic on, and obviously I volunteered. The statue created my twin brother who I was already telling everyone about, so I was delighted. However it turns out that the statue did not do a very good job, since my twin was pretty stupid, and a real jerk. He tried to shoot me, and I had to fight him! After I won, the statue asked what I wanted, and I told it to create my twin, and this time make him a nice person, like he ought to be.
The captain and Krastus also fought their twins, but they did not want to make them real for some reason. Krastus just wished for something boring, like some magic lecture book, but the captain decided to turn into a grael. Possibly this has been some old dream of his, that he did not even dare to voice up until now. I am happy he finally got what he wanted.

Anyway, after we left the statue, we arrived at the terror-island without any problems. Our papers from the last time expired or something, so we had to be stealthy. This did not go well, since the captain could not hide very well with his new body. We tried to tell him this, but he didn’t seem to understand. Thankfully the nice terror-island people mistook me for my twin brother, who seems to be well liked here, and we could go on without an incident. We also learned, that everyone here is pretty scared about the “Krazy Krab Krastus”, so making friends will be kind of difficult.
In the end we reached the camp, where we saw people building a giant ship. The others seem to think that it is for the Kieran nobles for the time when the water swallows everything, although I think it is possible, that the emperor is just trying to distract everyone, so they don’t find out that he is not a whale after all.

The captain decided that we should get into the camp, but instead of sneaking in, we will pose as lumber trader people. We set sails, and went to get some lumber, but first we had to build a secret compartment to hide Serene and Krastus, so they won’t be detected by the kierans. While doing this, we met some weird hunter people, who were quite drunk, but also friendly. In the end we could finish the work without a problem, and we continued to Kiera. Hopefully we can get some lumber and the trading paper-things quickly, so Serene won’t have to spend much time together in the secret room with Krastus. That is always dangerous for people’s health it seems.
